A Classical Day

We had a great field trip today to the Getty Villa in Malibu. Of all the days to forget my camera! Darn. The students were so involved and our gallery teachers and parent guides were so excellent. Big thanks to Helen Kang, Gary Meyers, and Mark Albrecht for accompanying us today.

Homework:  (1) Do spelling sentences. (2) Do “Review/Test,” Math, page 566 and Cumulative Review, pages 567 in the same book.

Stewart had a great time at the Getty Villa today. I miss your pics! Whether classical antiquity or this year's festival in Cannes, the Mediterranean lately eludes me.

I understand Paul is taking pictures of Brad Pitt today. Maybe he can share them with us.... Truth is beauty, beauty truth, wasn't it? I could use some more truth in my life!

My apologies to Keats, but "Beauty is truth, truth beauty" always makes me picture the ladies of River City, with artificial grapes in their hair, doing their Grecian Urn tableaux in "The Music Man."

Speaking of beauty, Brad Pitt looks quite fine as loses his boyishness and matures into "classic movie star." You can see Paul's pics from various Cannes photo calls and premieres at www.featureflash.com. Click Galleries to see how hard he's been working.

Bonjour from Cannes! The Festival is finally picking up steam after a very slow start. Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone & Paris Hilton were all on the red carpet last night.

I'm currently getting ready to cover the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala tonight. Lots of A-List stars expected including Sharon Stone & former president Bill Clinton.

As Joan mentioned, you can view my pictures at my website: Featureflash Photo Agency
